If you quote than you have to quote in an academic way. Leave the author as author of a text. Respect Copyright. Nevertheless you can quote parts (some sentences) of publications, parts of images made by others, build collagen (that's new images using parts of images made by others). This is acceptable for artists and Computing is just a special type of art. In my opinion most computer nerds are artists and not engineers!

It's not allowed to user our mailserver for spaming!

This means free speech as required to understand technical terms or the way something works. On Easter or Christmas we will send an Happy Easter|Christmas to alle users. We try to make this server high available and as secure as possible but there are a lot of risks because this server is connected via a dial in line and the domain is hosted by a dynamic DNS provider.
